The problem

Meetings that produce decisions, not just minutes
Structured meeting management, action tracking, decision logs and risk registers. Each governance meeting has a defined purpose, a standing agenda and a record that is accessible to all relevant stakeholders. Actions are assigned, tracked and escalated when overdue.

Sample demo
See it before you commit
The public sample demo uses a fictional NHS transformation programme. It demonstrates the academy learning pathway, a toolkit document library, a governance board meeting with action tracking, and a delivery dashboard with milestone RAG status. A reset button and guided tour are included. The demo works without a login.
Tailoring
Configured for your organisation
The hub is configured for your organisation's programme structure, governance tiers and branding. The academy content can be supplemented with organisation-specific material. The toolkit templates are pre-populated with your terminology and document standards. Integration with existing project management tools is assessed during discovery and quoted separately.
Implementation
How we get you live
Implementation follows a structured process: discovery and configuration, content population, team onboarding and a supported go-live period. The academy can be activated first as a standalone entry route, with the remaining modules added as the programme matures. Timescales depend on the number of programmes and the complexity of the governance structure.
Discovery
We map your programme portfolio, governance structure, existing tools and learning needs. Typically one to two sessions.
Configuration
The hub is set up to match your structure. Governance tiers, programme categories and branding are applied before any content is loaded.
Content population
Academy pathways are configured, toolkit templates are branded and pre-populated, and governance templates are set up for your meeting structure.
Team onboarding
A training session for administrators, a session for programme managers and a session for senior responsible owners. Reference guides are provided.
Go-live support
A supported go-live period with a named contact. Issues are resolved before the arrangement moves to standard support.
Ongoing support
Support after go-live
Ongoing support covers system updates, user queries, configuration changes and new starter onboarding. A named contact is available throughout the support arrangement. Quarterly reviews are included to assess whether the configuration continues to meet the organisation's needs.
System updates
Product updates and improvements are applied as part of the monthly arrangement.
User queries
A named contact for questions from administrators, programme managers and senior responsible owners.
