Opportunities depend on client demand, skills and availability. Membership does not guarantee work or earnings.
Need something extra?
Bespoke training, substantial bid writing and support beyond your membership allowance can be scoped and quoted separately. We agree the cost before work starts.
Event tickets, travel, accommodation, external qualifications and third-party software are charged separately unless explicitly included in your agreement.

Your membership
Your subscription covers the resources and support included in your chosen tier. Additional services are agreed and priced separately.
Work delivered through TMPM
We agree your day rate or fixed fee, scope, responsibilities and payment terms before you accept an assignment. These arrangements are separate from your membership fee.
Introductions to new clients
A qualifying introduction may attract a fixed referral fee. We agree the fee and qualifying conditions in writing before pursuing the opportunity. Payment follows TMPM receiving the agreed qualifying client payment.
