All support allowances are proposed. Conference travel and accommodation, external qualifications, third-party software and substantial bid writing are separately agreed. Group reviews use anonymised material.

How the commercial model works
A straightforward arrangement for shared work
When TMPM wins work for you
When TMPM secures your assignment, TMPM retains 20% of the agreed eligible professional fees and you receive 80%. Scope, rate, responsibilities and payment terms are agreed before you accept.
On £10,000 of eligible client fees, TMPM retains £2,000 and your delivery share is £8,000. This is a share of the client fee, not a 20% mark-up. VAT and agreed reimbursable expenses are excluded.
When you win work for TMPM
Introduce an opportunity that becomes a qualifying TMPM contract and receive an agreed reward of up to 20%, depending on contract value and the commercial arrangement. We record the introduction and agree the reward before pursuing it.
Referral arrangements are agreed in writing before work is pursued.
Eligible fees are the professional service fees in the qualifying scope, excluding VAT, reimbursable expenses and itemised third-party pass-through costs. Membership fees cover membership services and are separate from assignment fees and rewards. Membership does not guarantee work or earnings.
