Chris is an experienced, system-thinking leader. He is adept at leading multiple, complex, and high-profile programmes and projects across organisational boundaries, with vast experience of leading within the public sector, the corporate side of the DWP, NHS, Local Authorities and Public Health. 

Chris is enthusiastic about maximising opportunities and fulfilling potential. He loves leading, orchestrating, and driving the delivery of programmes and projects to successfully transform systems and services to improve people’s experience and outcomes. 

Chris has a genuine interest in innovative solutions, helping people and building strong, lasting, relationships. He has excellent organisational skills and a passion for change, which are key to his success. 

Danny is a lived experience consultant with over 14 years' experience integrating lived experience into projects across voluntary, public, and private sectors. Drawing directly on his personal experience of living with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Danny has held diverse roles including expert-by-experience advisor, lived experience chair for a public sector board, and advisor to a national creative health research programme.

Alongside his lived experience, Danny brings extensive professional expertise in co-production within the public sector. This includes establishing and managing a Recovery College—a co-produced educational service—within two forensic mental health hospitals, and as Managing Director of Co-create he has advised numerous organisations on effectively embedding lived experience into their work.

Danny’s distinctive blend of lived experience and professional expertise equips him to help organisations effectively recruit, develop, and integrate lived-experience roles of all kinds in projects, programmes and organisations.
