OUR JOURNEY

Taylor Made Project Management was founded in July 2021 by our Managing Director, Chris Taylor. 


A Project Manager by trade, Chris formed Taylor Made Project Management Ltd during covid-19 to respond to a gap in the market for a responsive, dynamic, practical, knowledge-able and value for money consultancy and project management service. We have provided services to a number of clients over the last 4 years including ATOS, Maximus and NHS England. 


Since forming the company Chris has conscientiously built a team of highly skilled professionals whose values match his own. Chris is a self-confessed perfectionist and therefore somewhat inevitably the companies main aim is to provide a quality service and ensure tangible outputs and outcomes that meet our clients requirements.


Each member of our team possess their own unique skill-set, whilst the teams collective experience spans across both public and private sectors. This effectively means we are sector-savvy, well connected, and well placed to transition in and 'hit the ground' running. We integrate seamlessly with our clients culture, services, teams, systems and processes. 


Our team love getting under the skin of a piece of work. Each member of the team are self-starters who take pride in their work and ensure a wholly inclusive approach whilst remaining focussed on improving experience and outcomes.


Our values underpin everything we do to ensure quality is at the forefront of the service we provide.

We will provide value for money

We want our clients to see our services as an investment, not a cost. Our focus is on providing quality, not having our head turned by profit-margins. We therefore cap our profit-margin to ensure we provide our clients with value for money.  

Our model also cuts out the cost of using recruitment agencies, we want you to come directly to us to provide the resource, expertise and capability you require.


We will remain accessible and accountable

As we are a small to medium sized enterprise all of our clients have direct access to our Managing Director who personally oversees all of our contracts. 


We will remain responsive to your requirements

We will ensure we are as responsive as possible to meet your requirements, we will flex and adapt to meet your requirements, however many times we need to (we may need to revisit the scope of work though). 


We will provide holistic support when required

We won't leave you high and dry. We have built close collaborative working relationships with a number of key partners to enable us to provide clients with a holistic offer of support, ensuring we are able to tune in to, and be responsive to our clients diverse requirements, even if they are outside the initial scope of work or our in house expertise. 


We will remain positive

We only do positive. We focus on solutions and problem solving, not creating problems.
