Discovery
A single session to understand your organisation, your audience, your existing content and what you want the website or communications to achieve.
Proposal
A written proposal with a fixed fee for the build and, if required, a retainer quote for ongoing support. No surprises.
Design & build
Design, build and content population. You review at key stages. Revisions are included.
Go-live
The site goes live with your domain connected. A handover session covers how to manage the site day to day.
Ongoing support
If you choose a retainer, TMPM handles updates, content changes and social media management on an ongoing basis.
